Water, L-carnitine, acid (citric acid), flavour, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), zinc (zinc gluconate), selenium (sodium selenate). May contain traces of milk, soya, mustard and celery. It is recommended to drink one bottle during or after training. Sediment at the bottom of the bottle is normal for this product. Shake well before use. After opening keep refrigerated and use within 48h. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature below 25 °C. Don’t freeze product.
