Magnesium citrate, calcium carbonate, KSM-66® Ashwagandha extract standardized to 5 % withanolides (Withania somnifera L., root), capsule shell (E 460), ferrous bisglycinate, Ginkgo extract 4:1 standardized to 0.0005% ginkgolic acid, bulking agent (E 460), zinc picolinate, pine extract (Pinus pinaster, tree bark), anti-caking agent (E 470b), gingko extract 4:1 (Prunus ceraseus, fruit), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B6 (piridoxal 5-phosphate), copper gluconate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride). Take 2 capsules a day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
