Ashwagandha, also known as "Indian ginseng," is a shrub with oval leaves and yellow flowers, bearing red fruits the size of raisins. It originates from arid regions of India but can also be found in North Africa and the Middle East. Today, it is cultivated in areas with predominantly mild climates, including North America.

Due to its powerful properties, traditionally believed to possess, Ashwagandha has been used in India for thousands of years, but it has only recently gained global recognition. Its traditional use is reflected in the literal translation of its name. The word "Ashwagandha" literally means "smell of a horse" - besides having a mild horse-like smell when fresh, Ayurveda believes that it gives a person the "strength of a horse."

Take 2 capsules a day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement is intended for adults only. People taking medicines should consult their physician before taking this product. Not recommended for people with thyroid disease, diabetes, and cardiovascular system damages, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sollten nicht als Ersatz für eine abwechslungsreiche und ausgewogene Ernährung verwendet werden. Außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
