Coconut powder 4:1 [coconut water (Cocos nucifera, fruit), maltodextrin], anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), bulking agents (cellulose, rice starch), niacin (niacinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), D-biotin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). May contain traces of gluten, soya and milk. Take 1 tablet a day with a meal. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
